Please don't let financial need get in the way of getting doula services. I am always willing to work with parents to help them get what they need. If for some reason I cannot meet that need I will do my best to find someone who will. Some insurance companies cover the cost of doula services. I have a National Provider Identification Number for insurance reimbursement purposes. Please check with your insurance company for coverage and reimbursement information. This is to get to know each other and go over your birth plan, provide basic childbirth information and support.
- Doula on call for labor 24/7 starting at 38 weeks.
- Labor support for the entire time you are in labor until 1-2 hours after birth and/or until breastfeeding is established. Including massage, positions to aid the progress of labor, guided imagery, relaxation, support for the birth partner...
- Two postpartum visits. This is to help with processing the birth experience and to help with any breastfeeding questions and/or other concerns.
- Phone and email support from the time services are contracted to two weeks post-partum.
- An information/goodie bag.
- Optional back up doula. In the unlikely event that I am unavailable I have wonderful back up doulas I work with. (I have never missed a birth).

- Support from the time you are in labor (if you decide and are able to labor before the c-section) and/or pre-operation until you are out of post-operative recovery and breastfeeding is well established.

Fee $400-(550 with labor) 
Additional Services: - Full 12 hour Childbirth Education Class Series (FOCEP trained): $100 for group class. $300 private. See CBE page for more information. Take the first 3 hours free, if you want to learn more stay for the rest of the series.
- 4 hour Intervention Intelligence Class: Great in addition to hospital or other CBE classes. Learn what interventions are done and what procedures are followed, why they are done, what the benefits and risks are, which ones are optional. $45 for a group class, $120 private. See CBE page for more information.
- 4 hour Early Childbirth Education Class: Often times when a woman takes a childbirth education class it is in the 3rd trimester, by that time a lot of the things that are taught are things that a woman should have known from the beginning of pregnancy. This class is aimed at women in their first or second trimester. $45 for a group class, $120 private. See CBE page for more information.
- 4 hour Highlight Childbirth Education Class: Great in addition to hospital or other CBE classes, or as a refresher. $45 for a group class, $120 private. See CBE page for more information.
- 2.5 hour Labor Comfort Techniques Class: These classes will teach you the tools you can use to help make your birth expereince a more comfortable one. $35 for a group class, $75 for private. See CBE page for more information.
- Lactation Support (beyond the post-natal visits): $20/hour.
- Postpartum Doula Support: $20/hour. Help with newborn care, meals, light cleaning. Support for the new mom and dad.
- Birth Counseling: $20/hour. I provide counseling services for women who need more care and understanding on their journey to childbirth. Women who have had traumatic experiences and/or who need and want help in facing and overcoming their fears about childbirth.

Payment of services:
Doula packages 50% is due when services are contracted and the balance is due by 37 weeks. Additional services CBE Classes, payment is due 7 days prior to start of class. Other Support, payment is due at time of service. Payment Options: Cash, Personal Check (when received more than 10 business days in advance of service), Cashiers Check, Paypal (please note Paypal payments include their service fee).
